Did you know there are billions of square metres of unused building surfaces - most of which are not suitable for conventional solar?🧐
Since 2014, the organic solar films have been used in around 30 pilot installations with more that 2,000m2 installed in Germany, France, Spain, South Korea, Singapore and Mexico.✨ The pilot projects were realised on various building materials such as glass, concrete, aluminium, steel and PVC membranes. In 2020, Heliatek launched its first commercial product HeliaSol based on the unique OPV technology. Heliatek develops, produces and distributes industrial-grade OPV solar solutions for virtually any building surface:
⚡️Lightweight buildings with low rooftop load-bearing capacity
⚡️Facades and jagged roofs in heavily urbanised areas

We are offering solar energy with an ultra-low carbon footprint of less than 10 g CO2e/kWh, which makes our solar films one of the greenest energy sources of today. Founded in 2006 out of TU Dresden & University of Ulm, Germany. We have designed a solar film based on organic photovoltaic technology. This enables us to produce solar films, which are ultra-light, flexible, ultra thin and truly green.⚡️ Through its integrated backside adhesive, the solar films can easily be glued to various surfaces and with their solar connectors can easily be installed in a solar system.
