It is with a heavy heart that we pay tribute to Steve van Rensburg on his passing earlier today.

Steve was more than just a mentor and leader to us here at Elco Plastics – he was the very embodiment of dedication, passion, and generosity. With a career in the vinyls industry outstripping many of our lifespans, Steve left an indelible mark on our field, inspiring countless individuals and shaping the landscape of the PVC industry.

Steve's contributions will continue to resonate, influencing future generations, not only within our group, but also throughout the industry where he fostered close relationships with all stakeholders.

We will honour Steve's legacy by encouraging collaboration and upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism within this industry.

Rest in peace, Steve. We will sorely miss you.

Today we are saddened by the passing of one of our founding members, Colin Symons. At the same time we also realise how privelaged we were to know him for the gentle soul that he was. A well loved individual in our industry. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Symons family
