Flawless Engineering Team was once again very busy this past weekend, re-purposing battery shipment crates into dog beds for some of our furry friends at Pure Rescue Rehabilitation and Training NPC 2021/765964/08. An incredible donation of 30 crates for this center was delivered to keep their doggies🐶 off the cold wet ground in the harsh Cape Town winter.

Congratulations to the Flawless Engineering team on the successful on time completion of yet another Battery.
Energy Storage System (BESS) Containerized system. Flawless Engineering along with our customer Decentral
Energy completed this BESS configuration of 150kW, 572kWh system for Jonathan Ball Publishers.
One of Jonathan Ball Publishers stated goals is to lower their environmental footprint, and this system will be a
major step forward towards achieving that.
This solution is what we at Flawless Engineering call a Flawless Elite solution having all the bells and whistles you.
can find in a high-end BESS system. These included certified fire suppression and detection systems as well as
an optimised ventilation system for maximum operational efficiency of the BESS by creating ideal temperature.
and environmental conditions, as required by the manufacturers of key equipment such as IES and Atess. All
these services were done inhouse at Flawless Engineering Factory in Saxenburg Park 1, Cape Town.
This BESS System consisted of the following,
 1 x Atess HPS 150, pre-wired and configured with PV combiner for 16 strings.
 1 x 16 string, Stainless Steel cable entry plate
 4 x IES 143R HV Battery, pre-wired via a DC Combiner and DC Isolator to the HPS150.
 1 x Standard Height, Shipping Container, 6m, Insulated with polyurethane floor cover.
Flawless Engineering inhouse engineering team were integral contributing to the design, manufacturing, quality.
control as well as transportation/installation of this project.
