Urban Design Projects is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

🔨 About the Role

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Monitor project schedules and report progress
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce planning
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally

👷‍♂️ Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials & regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Relevant certification or trade qualification (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
• 5+ years experience
• Be comfortable driving with trailers

• 5+ years’ experience in construction or related trades
• Matric certificate
• Valid driver’s licence & own reliable transport (comfortable towing a trailer)
• Strong leadership skills – you’ll oversee sites and guide crew members
