THE LONG AND THE SHORT
In 1994 Koenie Pretorius moved from JHB to Cape Town and established what would become one of the leaders in medium sized construction in the Western Cape.
Arno Dames joined the company in 1998 and became a director and partner in 2003. Ben Pretorius joined the company in 2007 as a contracts manager and was appointed as director in 2016. David Byrnes joined the company in 2015 as a Snr Quantity Surveyor and was appointed as a director in 2017.
Over the last 23 years Stabilid Cape Construction established a firm and stable reputation as one of the leaders in all retail, industrial, commercial and residential developments.
