With more than 15 years of administration, design and construction experience to our name we are glad to say that we have what it takes to realize your dream home. All individuals we sub contract or include in the visualization and construction phase are all masters in their craft. They are craftsmen fanatical about quality. From our first meeting with you we want to gain a full understanding of t

he home you want. The process should be as stress fee as possible. The Process Includes:

1. Meeting with you and your architect.
2. If you don’t have one, we know a few, who know their stuff…like www.timberdesign.co.za
3. An accurate and competitive cost estimate is provided by us as prescribed by architectural drawings.
4. Once building has commenced, regular site meetings with you, the client, is made to access the progress and status quo.
5. Sign – off on progression through different phases of construction
6. Happy life in new home
