Behind the scenes of The Trek 🎬
Set in 1846, The Trek follows a group of settlers crossing the Kalahari Desert in search of land, a journey that quickly turns into a test of survival, faith and the unseen.
We had the privilege of being part of this production, rigging in some challenging conditions. The desert, the crew, the logistics and the entire experience reminded us why we love what we do.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a powerful South African story.

Built it. Ran it. Survived it. 💥
A behind-the-scenes look at our team taking on the Titan Challenge last year, showcasing some of the structures we collaborated on and putting them to the test. We’ve enjoyed collaborating with .sa / on a few of the structures but we’re amped to push the boundaries further next time, coming up with even more dynamic, surprising builds that keep everyone guessing. And yes, it’s not all serious. We know how to have fun along the way! Here’s to teamwork, grit and whoever thinks they can dethrone Cay-Linn from the Gees of the Day cup. 🏆

We’re excited to see the newly released trailer for  S2 of - Into the Grand Line, coming 10 March 2026 ⚓ Well done to Romeo and his rigging team whose behind-the-scenes work has helped bring the world of One Piece to life. Much of what goes into a production like this remains unseen, making it even more rewarding to watch the final result come together. It’s been a privilege to be part of such an incredible production!

CFSH is a key platform connecting filmmakers with Cape Town’s trusted suppliers, from crew and casting to equipment, props and post-production, supporting collaboration across the film and commercial industries.
Our presence on CFSH represents the combined leadership and expertise of Romeo Ndirini, leading Film, and Mark Bowen-Davies leading Special Projects and Commercials. Together they blend technical rigging discipline with creative collaboration, delivering innovative, safe and efficient solutions for producers, directors and creative teams.

We’re excited for this weekend’s Titan Challenge, especially with our office ladies joining in to balance out the masculinity and bring some powerhouse energy to the team🔥We’re gearing up for the event and this year is extra special as we’ve partnered with the Titan Challenge to build some of the structures on course. Can’t wait to see them in action and give them a proper test run this Saturday! 💪

When the view is this good work feels a little less like work! 🏗️
A construction company needed help moving a swimming pool to the other side of a home in Kloof Nek. Our crane team made it happen, lifting the pool over the house and setting it perfectly in place for installation. An easy lift with a beautiful mountain backdrop. 🌄

🚧 Project Throwback: BP Montague Gardens

Back in 2014 we executed a seamless gantry roof lift at BP Montague Gardens. The task entailed tandem lifting a 40m x 14m BP Terminal Roof, cross hauling and clocking the roof 90. The project was done in one day without a single incident to report. A week later we placed the Gantry Roof back onto the steel structure without a single hour’s worth of production loss.
