In addition, it offers vocational/industrial training to different categories of trainees ranging from artisans to undergraduate students so as to help grow the region’s energy engineering/technical skills base. By virtue of these activities and knowledge bases, the company also avails top notch energy engineering consultancy services to organisations needing the same. The founding members come from different nationalities: Lesotho, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda. However, they look at the region as one integral geographic entity with related peoples, a majority of whom have identical energy related problems that can be solved using appropriate harnessing of the abundantly available solar resource. Thus, they envisage the company to grow into an African multinational Energy group both by expansion and partnerships with others of similar pan-Africanist outlook.
