Xigera is powered by the sun, plastic-free and dedicated protecting the planet for future generations. The bulk of our energy requirements are supplied by renewable solar which will save160,000 litres (42,268 US gallons) of diesel, preventing the release of about 440 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

Excited to see one of our suppliers breaking records in PV cell efficiency! We look forward to implementing this new technology in our installations.

The Chinese module manufacturer said the record efficiency of 25.25% was obtained through material upgrades integrated into the cell process and fabrication. The result was confirmed by China's National Institute of Metrology.

Puts things in perspective. Sustainable tourism protects our wildlife and wild spaces, and uplifts and educates local communities. Add to this, lodges are getting on board with renewable energy, further reducing the impact on the environment. We have seen amazing conservation work by clients of ours such as Great Plains Conservation. We hope to see others following their lead.

A brilliant 2008 campaign by World Wildlife Fund (WWF) has been resurfacing thanks to a recent reddit post going viral. The campaign, called WWF Japan – Population by pixel, was created by the agency Hakuhodo C&D / Tokyo.
