1. Occupational Health and Safety Policy Statement
- note the requirements of the policy
- proof of communication to Contractors employees in line with the OHS Act sec 7
2. Organogram i.e. Contractor company health and safety reporting structure
3. Appointments C.R. Contractor
4. Proof of competency / Intention to improve competency in line with OHS Act sec 8
5. SHE Plan Construction regulations
6. Fall Protection Plan in line with Construction regulations
7. Person Details and Copies of ID Documents of employees in line with Estate rules
8. Medical Certificate of Fitness (for applicable appointments) in line with Construction regulations
9. Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure and Numbers in line with OHS Act sec 8
10. Incident and Accident Management Procedure in line with OHS Act
11. Safe Work Procedures in line with OHS Act sec 8
12. Toolbox Talks in line with OHS Act sec 8
