Your geyser could be one of the biggest electricity users in your home.

A gas geyser works differently.

Instead of storing water and repeatedly reheating it, LPG heats the water on demand when you open the hot tap.

That means:
✓ Less reliance on electricity.
✓ No standing heat losses from a storage tank.
✓ Hot water on demand.
✓ Reduced load on your solar system.
✓ Hot water during power outages with a suitable gas geyser.

Make one change that can make a big difference.

Switch your hot water to gas.

When it comes to LPG, a sealed cylinder isn't just about quality—it's about protecting your home and family.

Before accepting your gas cylinder, remember to:

✅ LOOK – Every Oryx Energies cylinder is fitted with a branded safety seal.
✅ CHECK – Ensure the seal is intact, unopened and untampered with.
✅ TRUST – Every cylinder is professionally filled, tested and safety checked before it reaches you.

At Stargas Energies, we're proud to be an Authorised Oryx Energies Distributor, delivering safe, reliable LPG you can trust.

Still heating all your water with electricity? It might be costing you more than you think.

If your electric geyser is one of the biggest contributors to your monthly electricity bill, it could be time to consider a smarter alternative.

A gas geyser only heats water when you need it, meaning:
✔ Lower electricity consumption
✔ Instant hot water on demand
✔ No waiting for a tank to heat up
✔ Reliable hot water even during power outages

Our latest article compares Electricity vs LPG and explains why more South Africans are making the switch to gas for their hot water needs.
