📌 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT | NEW ROAD SHOPPING CENTRE

Tri-Star Construction is proud to announce the award of the New Road Shopping Centre, an exciting new retail development for Retail Africa in Midrand, Gauteng.

The project will see the construction of a new 11,000 m² shopping centre, with a contract value of R160 million. Construction commenced on 06 October 2026, with completion scheduled for 04 October 2027.

Tri-Star Construction is proud to announce the award of the KPMG Tenant Fit Out at No. 92 Rivonia Road, Johannesburg.

This exciting project will see our team deliver a 20,000 m² tenant fit out, with a contract value of R120 million and scheduled for completion in April 2027.

We're officially halfway there! The JOSHCO 360 Housing Development at Riverside View Extensions 33 and 35 has reached the 50% completion milestone, marking another significant step towards delivering quality housing for the Gauteng community.

This development comprises 360 residential units and represents an investment of over R95 million. Every phase of construction reflects the dedication, precision, and teamwork of everyone on site, ensuring the project continues to progress safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
