​Starting from a greenfield site in the Southern Suburbs, this one
called for a little thinking outside the box to accommodate the
precision detailing on a challenging site. ​

​Steel frame? ✔️​
Specialised cladding? ✔️​
Fire-rated everything? ✔️​

Waterproofing specifications ​
Built into the mountain? ✔️✔️✔️​
​
Using a prefabricated steel structure, Nutec cladding, specialised fire-
rated materials and some clever construction techniques, we
managed to create a contemporary, comfortable home for our client.​

​Hugely proud of all the team for delivering such a quality
end product on this project. 🤌​

First month of 2024 under the belt. Things starting off the same way 2023 left off!

Nice to return to the following comments by our client:

We moved into a newly built facility without any infrastructure of offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, etc. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but no clue on how to get there. Murphy Projects took over the contracting for internal modifications and boardroom with a short and tight deadline. Mick Murphy understood exactly what I needed and the importance for me of meeting the timelines. Murphy Projects delivered an amazing workspace, well before the deadline! The first reactions from our visitors were impressed and an inspiring workspace. I would not hesitate to use Murphy Projects again.
