🚀 WE ARE HIRING | Sales Operations Administrator
Averge Technologies is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role is responsible for providing end-to-end administrative, operational, and data support to the sales function across all divisions of the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving sales efficiency, reporting accuracy, commercial governance, and cross-functional coordination.
📍 Reporting To: Sales Operations Manager
👥 Direct Reports: None
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Sales administration, quotations, contracts, and renewals
• CRM management and data integrity
• Sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Pipeline tracking and divisional dashboards
• Sales process governance and compliance
• Cross-functional coordination between sales, finance, operations, and leadership
• Supporting CRM systems, tools, and reporting platforms
✅ Requirements & Skills:
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills advantageous
• Previous experience in sales operations or sales administration preferred
