While homes are popping up quickly and affordably throughout much of the modern world, Africa continues to face a housing crisis that leaves many people struggling. Our Eco Houses are a modern solution that allows entire estates or Individual houses to be constructed in a timely manner for those who need them and can provides years of passive income to the owner if rented out.

Timber framing is a home manufacturing method used throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and Scandinavia. At least 70% of these populations are enjoying the benefits of owning and living in timber-framed houses.

Each frame is engineered in a factory environment under strict quality-control using computer-aided design and automated manufacturing. The panels are then assembled at the build site with less waste and clean-up than traditional housing construction.

Timber is acquired through sustainable sources who plant two trees for every one harvested. This practice ensures that the Eco House is as environmentally-friendly as it is economical.
