Project Update: From Pipework to Perfection

One of our Commercial Office projects is nearing completion, with our wet services installation work successfully delivered and final touches underway.

Our scope of work included:

✅ Integration of new kitchenette sinks into the existing cold water supply network
✅ Hot water supply via under-basin geysers and hydro boils
✅ Electric geysers for bathroom showers
✅ Drainage installation integrated into the existing system

One of the key challenges was the absence of as-built drawings, requiring detailed site assessments and careful planning to seamlessly integrate the new systems into the existing infrastructure.

This project is a reminder that behind every high-performing commercial space is precision engineering that often goes unseen.

Engineering isn’t always glamorous.
Sometimes it means going underground into basements that look like a scene from a scary movie — places that haven’t been accessed in years.
Dust, darkness, old services, and plenty of “are we sure about this?” moments 😅
But that’s the job: inspect, assess, understand, and make things safer.
