On 28th and 29th Jan VAD Group had the privilege of attending the Africa’s Biggest Property Management Conference, hosted by the KwaZulu-Natal Premier. The event brought together visionaries, experts, and leaders from the property management and development sectors, all united by a shared goal—building a better and more prosperous KwaZulu-Natal.
The conference addressed critical issues such as the socio-economic impact of abandoned buildings, legislative reforms, and innovative redevelopment strategies. A key focus was on transforming neglected properties into vibrant spaces that contribute to urban renewal and economic growth.
