echnical support service throughout the country. The team’s extensive sourcing knowledge, both locally and abroad, ensures the supply of any type of fastener required. Components are sourced from leading manufacturers and suppliers within South Africa, as well as Europe and the Far East. The Fastener Factory is also proud to be the exclusive distributor for HEICO-LOCK wedge lock washers for Southern Africa. HEICO-LOCK washers are manufactured in Germany and consist of a range of wedge locking washers, wedge locking nuts and ring lock washers. An important feature of the HEICO-LOCK wedge lock system, is the securing of the bolt fastening using preload force rather than friction and can be used in applications to prevent loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loads. The Fastener Factory distributes some of the leading brands of tools including: Bosch, Skil, Dewalt and Makita Power Tools, Kraftwerk, Stanley, King Tony, Microtec and Qualitool range of Hand tools. The company also has distribution of DYZV branded Bearing and Power transmission products, as well as Somta drilling and cutting products. Klingspor, one of the top five Abrasives manufacturers in the world, supplies The Fastener Factory with its extensive range of coated (made to order belts), bonded (cutting and grinding), burrs and diamond abrasives (cutting, grinding and polishing).
