Productive braai method
Productive braai method to utilise our fire and coals optimally.
Rotating these three braai grids ensured that all the food was ready simultaneously.
The Namibian hardwood coals give a tremendous amount of heat, and you have to adjust the height of the grids reasonably high when the coals are ready.
You can start with the toasted sandwiches right at the top and gradually work them down to ensure that they are evenly heated throughout and that the cheese melts and onions caramelise.
Put the sausage and meat on different grids as they have different cooking temperatures and cooking time requirements.
This method ensures that all food is cooked simultaneously and served simultaneously.
