That belief is what started Econo Projects, and it's what gets me on site personally, every single day.

I'm Theo Lassen, founder and owner. I don't manage this business from behind a desk. I'm on the ground for every project, because your peace of mind isn't something I'm willing to delegate.

Twenty years of working specifically across the Cape Peninsula has taught me that no two sites are the same. The soil shifts. The Cape Doctor doesn't forgive shortcuts. The salt air finds every weakness. So, we engineer every installation to outlast all of it.

I'm Theo, founder and owner of Econo Projects.

I didn't start this business to be the biggest contractor in Cape Town. I started it because I believe your home deserves better. Better than the cheapest quote. Better than a job where nobody takes personal responsibility for the outcome.

Twenty years later, that belief hasn't changed. I still walk every site personally across the Cape Peninsula. Durbanville, Kraaifontein, Constantia, the Atlantic Seaboard, and everywhere in between. I still make the call when something isn't right.

I still put my name on every Vibracrete wall, paving job, and electric fencing installation we complete.

That's not a sales pitch. It's the only way I know how to work.

The light does that thing it does this time of year. Lower. Softer. The kind you only notice when you pause long enough to look up.

The Econo Projects team has been on-site across the Peninsula all week: assessing, building, finishing. By Friday afternoon, we're looking at the same light you are. And we understand, better than most, what it means to pull into a driveway and feel like you can finally breathe.
