Atuba Construction, started by owner Jacques du Toit, is very proud of the positive growth that it has experienced over the past 12 years and the range of projects it has undertaken over this period which has allowed the business to firmly entrench itself as a serious contributor to the building contracting and property development industry. Specializing in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Government, Medical and luxury Residential (Flats, Apartments, Retirement Centres and Housing) construction Atuba have the resources and expertise to successfully take on a range of projects which includes small, medium and large project values. In every instance and irrespective of the value of the project Atuba undertakes to deliver a positive outcome with a superior quality standard that has become synonymous with its way of doing business and the overall commitment and drive of its staff who are able to deliver with a professional astuteness. Since inception, Jacques du Toit, the owner, has been able to utilize the vast experience he gained over a 25 period in the corporate construction and development arena and share this with his team. In doing so he has been able to pass on a legacy of professional business skills, project management and construction and development practices and skills to the team at Atuba Construction who in turn are able to utilize this in their day to day execution and delivery of all construction and development projects for the direct benefit of the client and property users. Through our close association with practising Consulting Engineers, Architects and Quantity Surveyors together with our established knowledge of the construction and development industry and our superior Project Management skills we are able to offer clients a turnkey design and build option that will deliver the requirements as set out and agreed between the stakeholders.
