Compania Construction cc was established in 1998 and our family has been in the building trade for the last forty years. We specialize in new residential buildings and alterations. For the past eighteen years we have established our company with one goal in mind, building exquisite properties with utmost attention to detail and quality. We are situated in Durbanville and have especially been activ

e in the Northern Suburbs area and, in particular, building luxury homes in various security estates such as Kanonberg in Welgemoed, Belvedere Estate in Durbanville, and Atlantic Beach Golf Estate in Melkbos, and many others. An outstanding testimony to our dedication to service excellence is that we concentrate on one to three projects at a time, enabling us to work on the finer details and quality of the work. We are registered with the NHBRC and we have good standing with the Workmen’s Compensation and Building Industrial Bargaining Council. All our contractors and sub- contractors are registered with the Workmen’s compensation and Building Industrial Bargaining Council.
