Public Announcement

We regret to inform all concerned parties that the Beaunero Black Mining Project has been delayed. The delay is due to pending processes at the Department of Land Affairs, which is yet to issue the lease agreement for the project site. The department is awaiting a court judgment regarding a land dispute between farmers on a section of the affected farm.

Please note that no one has been employed for the project at this stage. All CVs and RAF forms submitted remain on hold until the land issue has been fully resolved.

We understand that this situation is frustrating for everyone involved, including our team, shareholders, and investors. Please be assured that we are in constant communication with the relevant authorities and are actively working to expedite the process so that the project can commence as soon as possible.

Beaunero Black Mining Project Update

We are pleased to share a brief update on the progress of the Beaunero Black Mining Project. The project is currently awaiting the finalization of a lease agreement from the Department of Land Affairs. In parallel, we are actively raising the capital required to launch the project — and the opportunity is open to everyone who wishes to be part of this journey.

BeauNero is a mining company with years of experience and is about to open its first granite mine in Beaufort West.

With a mining project that has the responsibility to improve and impact financial and social-economic well-being for the benefit of the community in Beaufort West, our mining activities will be conducted strictly according to The Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002 which intends: to make provision for equitable access to and sustainable development of the nation's mineral and petroleum resources and to provide for matters connected therewith.
