Job Vacancy: Architectural Professional/Candidate Architectural Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Professional or Candidate Architectural Professional to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a passion for design, technical drawing and documentation, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Technical Support: Contribute to the development of architectural designs and technical drawings from concept through to completion.
• Detailed Documentation : Work efficiently and independently through all Work Stages (1–6) of the standard architectural service, with a particular focus on Work Stages 3 (Developed Design) and 4.1 (Technical Detailing).
• 3D Rendering: Produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations and project development.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit for both 2D and 3D design, drawing and documentation.
• Strong experience in 3D rendering using software such as Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar.
• Experience across Work Stages 1–6, with strong emphasis on Work Stages 3 and 4.1 (Developed Design & Technical Detailing).
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing along with understanding of local authority by-laws and processes of submission.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects and technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and/or work under a team leader, manage time effectively, and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proof of registration with SACAP
