We’re proud to reflect on the successful completion of the Olivewood Leisure Centre, an exclusive addition to the Olivewood Private Estate & Golf Club, finalized in December 2023. Expertly overseen by our Contracts Manager, Alistair Fowler, this bespoke project was delivered on time and built to the highest standard, a spectacular facility designed for the enjoyment of Olivewood’s residents and guests.

🏗️ #𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗰𝗼𝗻: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 – 𝗔𝗹𝗼𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 🏭
We completed the Aloe Industrial Park project in the middle of 2024. This robust steel-structured warehouse was developed for the Kempston Group. This industrial space is built for performance, durability, and future-ready operations.
Under the expert leadership of Contracts Manager Peter Fowler, this site was closely managed to ensure precision, quality, and adherence to timelines. Peter’s hands-on involvement was instrumental in keeping this project on track.

⛽ #𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗪𝗖𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: 𝗭𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🏗️
In the first quarter of 2024, we broke ground on an exciting new development in Zwelitsha, the Express Petroleum Fuel Station. Managed by our experienced Contracts Manager, Alistair Fowler, this project marked another successful collaboration between Brewcon and a forward-thinking brand in the fuel industry.
From the initial stages to the final handover, every aspect of this build reflected our team’s attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to delivering commercial spaces that meet both practical and premium standards.
