A few days ago, I posted a lodge that was going for renovations. Firstly we were supposed to do a paint job that was all, but he was thrilled with the quality of work and time our guys put in. He further asked us to tile the living room and the bathrooms, more rooms are still to come.
What value do you think that lodge has now?
Do you think what he has spend matches the value it has now?
