How much material does your truck bin carry back to the pit?

Carryback is material that stays in the bin after tipping. It takes up payload capacity, adds dead weight and has to be cleaned out, which costs time and adds to unplanned downtime.

Is your chute wearing out in the same zone?

In most cases, the problem isn't the chute. It's a liner that was never matched to the wear application.

How a chute wears comes down to:

▪️ The chute's angle and the flow rate
