At the beginning of this year, I challenged myself—and our community—to complete five or more blood donations during 2026.

On 25 July, I completed my fourth donation. Just one more to reach the goal, but I certainly don’t plan to stop there if I remain eligible to donate.

A commitment only makes a difference when we keep showing up. This one requires little time, costs nothing, and could help save someone’s life.
