🎶 FRIDAY SONG | “Praise” – Elevation Worship 🙏

Some songs remind us that praise is not only for the easy days.

This week’s Friday song is “Praise” by Elevation Worship — a powerful reminder to keep going with faith, whether we find ourselves in the valley or on the mountain, whether we feel strong or uncertain.

In mining, we know that every shift brings its own challenges. But we also know the value of courage, unity and holding the line together.

Today we reflect on the message that as long as we have breath, we still have reason to give thanks, keep believing and keep moving forward.

To every team member underground, on surface, behind the scenes, and every family supporting them — thank you.

NO REVERSE… WAYAWAYA!
Continuously. Together. In faith.

“Today we trained a belt.”

“You did WHAT?” 🚂😂

Mining has a language of its own—and sometimes the explanation needs a picture!

Belt training is one part of our conveyor teams’ work: making careful adjustments to help the belt follow its intended path. Think bicycle handlebars… now you’re getting the idea! 🚲

Behind those adjustments are people with a trained eye, practical knowledge and pride in their work. 👷🏾‍♂️👷🏽‍♀️

Watch our quick explanation, then tell us: what mining term have you had to explain at home?

Some of the most valuable work happens beneath the surface.

Every skill learned, challenge overcome and shift worked with care lays the groundwork for progress, even before the results become visible.

At Underground Support Solutions, this reminds us of the value of steady effort and the people who keep showing up.

Stay focused. Keep building. Give your roots time to grow.

🔊 SOUND ON. If you’ve ever helped keep someone going, this song is for you. 💛

For our teams who step forward when needed.
For the people preparing, planning and supporting in the background.
For the families cheering us on.
And for the quiet hands that may not always receive a thank-you.

We see you. We appreciate you. Every hand belongs in this song.

🎶 “No Reverse… Waya Waya — Every Hand Belongs.”

Wayawaya adds something special to our motto: continuously. Step by step, day by day, we keep moving together.

Share this with someone who deserves to hear: “Your contribution matters.”

No Reverse… Wayawaya. 💛

“ What do you actually do underground?” 👷🏽‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️

Sometimes, showing someone is easier than explaining. So we’ve made this short video to help our teams share the importance of the work they do.

Think of several thin layers working together: roof bolts help bind the rock layers into a stronger beam, supported across the coal pillars.

Behind every installation are people applying skill, care and teamwork underground. This is a small look at their contribution.

📲 If you work in roof support, share this with your family and friends and say: “This is part of what we do.”

No Reverse… Wayawaya. Forward, continuously. 💛

NO REVERSE. WAYAWAYA. 💛

Yesterday, a message from our employees added “Wayawaya” to our familiar USS motto.

We’re embracing that spirit of continuity: keep learning, keep encouraging one another, and keep moving forward together.

Some days bring big steps. Others call for patience and small, steady efforts. Every positive contribution counts.

To everyone underground, on surface and behind the scenes: thank you for showing up for one another. A helping hand, a kind word and a job done with care make a difference.

No Reverse. Wayawaya.
Forward. Together. Day after day.

NUMBER 5 FOR 2026! 🩸💪

The challenge is still going!

Blood donation #5 for the year done — and we're not finished yet. ❤️

This time, while sitting in the chair, the chart on the wall got me thinking:

Do you know your blood type?

I'm O Positive (O+) — but whatever your blood type, somebody out there may one day depend on someone with exactly yours.

We spend a lot of time talking about safety, looking after one another and making a difference in our communities. Sometimes making that difference takes nothing more than rolling up a sleeve.

🩸 5 donations down in 2026.
🎯 Challenge still going.
❤️ Your turn?

If you've been following the challenge from donation #1 and still haven't donated… maybe this is your sign. 😉

Know your blood type. Know your impact. Give if you can.
