We had a great time at Iketsetseng Secondary School, spending time with the Grade 12 welding learners and talking to them about what a career in welding can look like.

Our speakers, Mr Teboho Molotsana, Double-Coded Welder; Mr Clement Shai, Supervisor; and Ms Leigh Mbonane, Quality Control Inspector, also shared words of encouragement, giving the learners a chance to hear directly from people who have built careers in the construction field.

The conversation didn’t stop there. Our team spent time with the learners, answering their questions and sharing advice to help them better understand the opportunities that welding can offer.

We hope the conversation encouraged the learners to keep developing their skills and to consider welding as a career they can build for themselves. We wish them all the best and every success as they prepare for their upcoming exams.
