All the residents of Ga-Pila/sterkwater, now time arrived for all the stakeholders who were involved for the resettlement of Ga-Pila village on Sands-loot farm to sterkwater farm portion 12 & 13, to account , including Anglo Platinum Mine in terms of the release of the Resettlement Review Report being conducted by consulting company being appointed by the mine, namely: Synergy Global Consulting and Nomad Socio Economic Management and Consulting to prepare the said report on the relocation of Ga-Pila community and the socio-economic conditions associated therewith. In which to date hereof the mine still not released the Report for reason not known to the community since from the year 2016. Now is five years down the line which is against the international corporate finance standard Anglo bind it selves to it.

All the stakeholders refering to Business entities/Supplies within Ga-Pila/Sterkwater community are required to submit their EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: ROAD UPDRADE AND MAINTENANCE.

Subit your responce by: 05 November 2020 at 12h00.

Important information: THE WORKING TEAM requested the date extention from the 27 November 2020 to 05 November 2020, reason been the Community to hold Public Paticipation interms of the EOI. The mine granted the said date of the 05 Nov 2020. Be well informed that the first Public Participation held on the 22 Nov 2020 and the second one will be on the 29 Nov 2020.

Therefore, the outcomes of the 29 Nov 2020 Public Participation will then be fowarded to the mine as will be the community Expression Of Interest.

We call all community businesse to participate to this matter for the best interest of the community.

Be well informed of the private companies snooping in the midst of our community , in which their intention is to hinder the release of the Resettlement Review Report.

The mission is to come with the tricks of iplementing the outcomes of the report before its launch.

The same company is in line with the so called Ga-Pila development Trust in which to due date is invalid according to its Trust Deeds and further it was resolved by community to disolve the constituecy of the said trust.

NOTE-- Be we advised and informed that there is a motive behind to lobby atleast 100 community members to make the said Trust valid again.

Monte View is one of the companies snooping around that must be vigilat of as they show their disrespect of our customary protocola, norms and values as our Living Law , including undermining our chieftaincy as the custodian of this community they are snooping within.

The ''code''

It is so imperative for the rule of law enforcement to take its cause in the midst of the victimised Ga-Pil/Sterkwater community over decate, due to the fact that the said community is being resettled without compensation that must be align with the provision provided by the International Finance Corporate's Performance Standards on Environment and Social Sustainability wich bind the Mine as a Relocation project sponsor.

Due to the recent developments taking place in our country in terms of act of coerce and money lobby within the system of governace ,we call upon the present Law Enforcement to interlink the present investigations into corruption at mogalakwena local municipality as one of the stakeholder involved in the completion of Ga-Pila relocaion with a Service Level Agreement in line with by then entity named Gapila Section 21 company being responsible for the move.

STATUS REPORT: GA-PILA/STERKWATER COMMUNITY WATER CHAOS,

We refer to the above matter and provide you with a status report on the nature and developments in these divide and rule matter. The status report will brief the steps in relation to the community's application in the Polokwane High Court,
In light of the fact above, the alternative date for the hearing was obtained, in this regard, we managed to obtain a hearing date of September 2020.

It is our considered view that this change of date will allow us as Working Team and our Legal Team to comprehensively address all the pertinent issues including this Water dilemma including local municipality in terms of Service Level Agreement, this will be in the form of Supplementary papers, which will then be filled with he court after being served on our opponents.

We will update you of further developments in this regard..
