Full Job Description
Job Scope:
Present training and assessments as per the mine training requirements and operations to improve business growth, in line with MHSACT and MQA.
Requirements:
Blasting qualification NQF 3 & 4 Underground Hard Rock and/or Surface Mining Ticket
Mining Safety MHSA
TMM
Registered moderator & assessor MQA
Knowledge of QCTO, CETA, TETA & Merseta
Computer literate
Driver’s license
Own transport
Skills, Qualities and Abilities:
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Planning and organizing skills.
Observation and Assertiveness
Ability to Supervise and Coach
Planning skills
Problem solving skills.
Analytical skills
Advantage:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Skills Development environment at a mine
5 Years’ experience in a Managerial/Supervisory position
Mineral Processing knowledge/experience
Remuneration:
Depending on the qualification and experience of candidate.
