Sometimes the biggest waterproofing problems are the ones you can't see.

In this inspection, water has found its way beneath the existing torch on membrane and is trapped underneath the surface. While the roof may not always show obvious signs from above, hidden water can continue to damage the deck below and shorten the lifespan of the entire waterproofing system.
