Our plastic bottles are made of a substance called PET , an acronym for polyethylene terephthalate. Pallets of PET and recycled plastics are transferred into ovens until melted which is injected into small molds that shapes the plastic into tubes called preforms.
The preforms are then re-heated and placed in bottle shaped molds, where high pressured air inflates them to fill the bottel shaped mold. The bottles then cool down, They're then put them in large bags, weighed, & transported to customers .
