Building your home can be a daunting experience and that’s why IKB’s unique service, of assistance from inception to completion, sees them as the industry leaders. Involvement starts with the budget, and includes guidelines on how to save costs, building progress schedules, advice on duration of the project, fortnightly management meetings, administration with fortnightly spreadsheets with costs and continues with all necessary payment information. IKB boasts a fantastic, long standing relationship with the majority of the suppliers in the Garden Route, and in doing so, can relay the best advice when it comes to products and services on offer.
