Upworx Upworx designs, manufactures, and supplies custom overhead cranes, electric rope & chain hoists, and lifting equipment.

Tailored solutions to elevate your business. With over 25 years of experience in the crane industry, Mathew Best started as an apprentice crane technician. After qualifying as a Millwright and certified Lifting Machinery Inspector, he gained 10 years of experience in the field. In 2000, he shifted his focus to the manufacturing of overhead cranes and successfully produced over 1,500 cranes. He later concentrated on the global sale and distribution of various crane industry brands and products. As the founder of Upworx, he built a business aimed at addressing customer-specific requirements, with the belief that “no two cranes are alike.” This philosophy highlights the need to bridge the gap between the supplier and the end user. Upworx identifies unique customer needs and sources the best available products and brands to meet those specific requirements.

Predictive power starts with visibility.

In modern industrial operations, waiting for a crane to fail is already too late.

Upworx Smart-Panel technology provides real-time visibility into critical crane performance — from load status and operating speeds to motor, gearbox, brake and temperature conditions.

Monitor performance. Identify abnormal conditions. Make informed maintenance decisions before a small issue becomes costly downtime.

Because smarter monitoring means more control over your operation.
