Professional Waterproofing Tip No3:

For long-lasting waterproofing, ensure proper surface preparation before applying any membrane or sealant. Clean and dry the area thoroughly to remove debris, dirt, and moisture. For high-risk areas, like basements or foundations, consider using a multi-layered system that includes a primer, waterproof membrane, and a final protective coating. This will provide a stronger, more durable barrier against water ingress and extend the lifespan of the waterproofing system.

Pro Tip No2 for Damp Proofing:

Prevent rising damp by ensuring your property’s damp-proof course (DPC) is intact and not bridged by external materials like soil, decking, or paving. Keep ground levels at least 150mm below the DPC to stop moisture from seeping into your walls. Regularly check and maintain gutters, downpipes, and drainage systems to keep excess water away from your foundation.

•Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
•Maintain organized records, schedules, and documentation for ongoing projects.
•Compile reports using information received from team members and external sources.
•Capture and process quotes accurately for client requests and project proposals.
•Assist with invoicing, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
