August is National Women's Month in South Africa, a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women across the country.

Throughout this month, we're shining a light on the incredible women who make KSB what it is. Through their stories, we celebrate the passion, dedication, and impact they bring to our business every day.

Our first Women's Month Spotlight features Daleen Van Tonder.

For 12 years, Daleen has been part of the KSB family, embracing change, driving innovation, and proving that growth begins with the courage to adapt.

Her career has taught her that success comes from showing up consistently, giving your best every day, and embracing every opportunity to learn. While navigating workplace challenges, she continues to choose resilience, knowing that growth often comes through perseverance.

Her advice to young women is simple yet powerful: Mistakes are part of the journey. Take responsibility for your own growth and never allow anyone to stand in the way of becoming the person you're meant to be.
