Not one but three IMT teams took part in the CEO Cycle Challenge this week, digging deep and riding hard for 25 minutes in support of the South African Hall of Fame Legacy Project. And what a vibe it was!

For the second year running, we were proud to pedal for a purpose and back a cause that helps create opportunities for talented young South Africans to reach their full potential.

Three years on, South Africa's Level 9 compliance gap isn't a technology problem. It's an implementation challenge.
When the Mine Health and Safety Act's automatic intervention requirements came into force in December 2022, many expected a quick shift to full Level 9 capability. Instead, much of the industry is still working through verification.
