🔧 Live Leak Sealing on High-Pressure Steam Fl**ge – Pulp & Paper Sector 🏭

A customer in the pulp and paper industry faced a critical steam leak on a 2" CL150 fl**ge operating at 20 bar and 350°C. The leak posed significant safety and operational risks if not resolved immediately.

Our team executed a live sealing repair without shutting down the system:

🔩 Installed two M10 injection adaptors for controlled compound injection
🧵 Insert high-grade brass wire between the fl**ges, securing the wire by deforming the fl**ge edges to keep the wire in place during injection.
💉 Injected a high-performance sealant using high-pressure equipment
✅ Achieved a full seal with zero steam escape post-repair

This operation demonstrates the value of in-situ repair expertise—minimising risk, maximising uptime.
