We supply wear plate and profile-cut it to your drawing, then deliver it to site so it's waiting when the shutdown starts.

Two recent jobs off the floor. A long plate with a bevelled curved edge, and a heavy bar with its edges chamfered.

Chamfering and bevelling happen on the same site as the cutting, so parts leave here ready for welding or assembly.

A recent job on our floor: heavy plate getting a bevel cut along a curved edge on the CNC profile cutter.

The bevel is the weld prep. Cutting it here means the plate arrives ready to weld instead of waiting for someone on site with a grinder.
