With the addition to the company of Wayne Cornish, the owner of Advanced Plumbing, we now have the combined experience in this field of 32 years. We ha

ve been involved in many of the facets of Construction and related work, from Domestic to Commercial and Government Contracts. Experience includes the total gutting and revamp of a 5 storey student res and an electrical installation on 144 flat units in Johannesburg, shop fitting for various restaurants, offices and businesses and the construction of various housing complexes totalling over three hundred homes, both in a Sub-contracting and Project Management role. Also, work for Transnet, including installation of Hi-mast lighting, civils work, building of retaining walls for railway lines on the Natal coast and trenching and laying of cables in their depot in Oelifantsfontein. Our most recently completed project was a total revamp of a home in Irene and the attached pictures speak for themselves. We are also in negotiations to upgrade and re-paint two 6 storey blocks of flats in Pretoria, as well as the installation of 15km of fencing and gates for PRASA. Our day-to-day work includes maintenance for numerous housing estates and we also have a special insurance-approved division on 24hr call for all such related claims. We have our own architects, engineers, safety officers, and interior designers on call and can facilitate the smooth running of all projects from planning stages to completion.
