1. Maple Syrup (Traditional Style)

Ingredients
• Maple tree sap
(Optional: vanilla or cinnamon for flavor)

Instructions
1. Collect fresh maple sap.
2. Pour sap into a wide pot.
3. Boil on medium heat until water evaporates and syrup thickens.
4. Skim off foam as needed.
5. Strain and cool.
6. Store in sterilized bottles.

Note: This is the traditional method; store-bought maple syrup is already processed.

2. Honey Syrup

Ingredients
• 1 cup honey
• ½ cup water

Instructions
1. Add honey and water to a saucepan.
2. Heat on low flame, stirring gently.
3. Do not boil; heat just until well combined.
4. Cool and transfer to a bottle.
5. Store refrigerated.

3. Pancake Syrup

Ingredients
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup water

1) Chocolate Glazed Cake

Ingredients (Cake)
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ cup oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients (Glaze)
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a bundt pan.
2. In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl whisk sugar, eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour batter into pan and bake 35–40 minutes. Cool completely.
6. Heat cream, butter, and chocolate chips until smooth.
7. Pour glaze over cooled cake and let it set.

2) Lemon Glazed Cake

Ingredients (Cake)
• 1½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup butter (softened)
• 3 eggs
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• Zest of 2 lemons
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt

Ingredients (Glaze)
• 1 cup powdered sugar

1. Classic Iced Tea

Ingredients
• 4 cups water
• 3 black tea bags
• ¼ cup sugar (optional)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar.
4. Add lemon juice and let cool.
5. Pour over ice and serve chilled.

2. Lemon Iced Tea

Ingredients
• 4 cups water
• 3 tea bags
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• ¼ cup sugar
• Lemon slices

Instructions
1. Boil water and steep tea bags for 5 minutes.
2. Remove bags and stir in sugar and lemon juice.
3. Chill for 1 hour.
4. Serve over ice with lemon slices.

3. Peach Iced Tea

Ingredients
• 4 cups water
• 3 tea bags
• ⅓ cup peach puree or juice
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice

1. Brew tea in hot water for 5 minutes.

4. Raspberry Iced Tea

• 3 tea bags

5. Mint Iced Tea

• 3 tea bags

• ½ lemon (juice)
• Sugar to taste

Instructions
1. Brew tea for 5 minutes.
2. Add mint leaves and steep 3 minutes more.
3. Remove mint and tea bags.
4. Add lemon juice, chill, and serve.

6. Green Iced Tea

Ingredients
• 4 cups water
• 3 green tea bags
• ¼ cup honey
• ½ lemon (sliced)

Instructions
1. Heat water to hot (not boiling).
2. Steep green tea for 3 minutes.
3. Remove bags and stir in honey.
4. Cool and serve over ice with lemon.
