Kgosietsile Mining (PTY) LTD was established by Mr Tate Linda Mokuena (Managing Director), with Mr Obakeng Difero as (Financial Director) and Mrs Moira Mokuena (Executive Director). With a vision of creating one of the few 100% Black owned specialised mining services companies in Southern Africa providing Fire Management & Suppression Systems, Air-conditioning & ventilation systems f
or Mines and Industrial sectors, Mine Waste Management disposal & sorting solutions as well as Stopping, Vamping and Sweeping underground for Mines. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVES
Kgosietsile Mining (PTY) LTD participates actively in community development projects that benefit and uplift the community, we form strategic partnerships with locally based companies such as sub-contractors, general labour and supplies. Human capital of any organisation remains the most important aspect any business, it is therefore important to always deliver quality service with safety, health and environmental awareness as a priority at all times. We operate our business with transparency, honesty, integrity and the best safety standards maintained to avoid accidents, injuries and/or casualties. Kgosietsile Mining empowers communities through training, development and creating sustainable community based businesses and creating employment opportunities, this is very important as communities of mining towns have very limited resources, education opportunities and little training. Skills Transfer through Training Programmes, business development, education and artisan training will benefit communities well into the future.
