🚧 WEEKEND PROJECT UPDATE | GLENTANA 🌊

We’re starting the weekend in Glentana, busy with preparation and pip-filling on our first project.

The next step will be applying a penetrating, transparent waterproofing treatment to the eastern side of this face-brick home, helping prevent water from penetrating through the masonry while keeping the natural appearance of the brickwork. 🧱💧

This is Stop #1 for the weekend. ✔️

Then it’s on to Stop #2 — Phase Two of our Harolds Bay project! 🔨

We’re currently busy with our third project in George, and the waterproofing preparation is officially underway. 💪🔨

Proper preparation is the foundation of a waterproofing system that lasts — and we’re taking the time to do it right.

🏡 PROJECT UPDATE | MONTE CHRISTO, HARTENBOS

We’re making great progress on another approved insurance claim in Monte Christo, Hartenbos. 🔨

The damaged interior ceilings have already been replaced, and we are now moving on to the next stage of the project — installing new bargeboards.

Once the bargeboards have been installed, the next step will be waterproofing, ensuring that the affected areas are properly protected and restored.

We’re committed to quality workmanship and keeping our clients informed every step of the way. 🙌🏼

Another project successfully underway in Dana Bay! 🏡🔨

This week we’ve been busy with a Weep hole upgrade, including the installation of damp vents to help improve ventilation and protect the building against moisture-related issues.
