800mm deluxe
1000mm deluxe

The gabion baskets are galvanised weld mesh 50mm x 50mm and 3.1mm thick. The thicker mesh is for strength.

Stainless steel braai options are also available.

Prizes vary on the colour of the stone and size of the braai.

With the constant rains this retaining wall failed. With the water building up behind the wall eventually leading to the collapse.

With bigger subsoil pipes, more weep holes, more drainable material behind the wall, extra geogrid, a second skin of blocks and manholes we could re-engineer the walls rebuild.

Remove all loose tar and clean the area thoroughly. Fill with new asphalt and compact.

36m2 of paving can transform an area. This grey bevel is a firm favorite and never loses its colour. Cost effective as no added colour keeps the cost lower.

This retaining wall was to keep the soil retained at two different levels on two sides, and to provide a retaining area for steps to access the class room for kids. This closed wall system was used to prevent kids climbing up it. It also prevents any soil from washing onto the paving area.

Water build up behind walls creates constant water issues and builds pressure on existing wall. This soil was held back by a single brick wall. This brick wall could no longer contain the water and pressure of the soil, which led to eventual collapse. The open wall retaining wall system allows the water to drain through the wall and subsoil drainage system keeps the area dry.

This client wanted a more modern new look and opted for modern paving supplied by Infraset. The advantages of this is a smoother and closer finish with smaller joints.
