Established in 2022, Oricred Funding Partners is a leading finance organization specializing in purchase order funding and invoice discounting across the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

Approximately one year ago, Oricred Funding Partners made a strategic real estate investment by selecting an office space tailored to their specific requirements.

As the organization experienced growth in its workforce, the need for additional space became imperative. Titan Reins assumed a pivotal role in managing the fit-out process and subsequent expansion. Through their diligent efforts and adherence to traditional methodologies, Titan Reins successfully completed the project, achieving a cost savings of over 30% for a valued client.

Insights into Titan Reins CEO’s journey

As an ambitious 16-year-old, to help with household expenses,
Morena pursued job opportunities in Cape Town; He was successful in
his search, securing a job as a petrol attendant at a filling station at
Westgate mall in Mitchell’s Plain. This arrangement was only over the
December holiday season when schools were closed.
He did this for 6 years.

At the time, Morena lived in Crossroads, near Nyanga, a crime riddled
area where the simple act of walking in public was considered
dangerous. He worked 12-hour shifts, and on Christmas and New
Year’s days, there would typically be no public transport available to
get to work. Undeterred by the challenge, he would cover +/- 8.4km
distance on foot, often having to run to make it on time for his shift.

This sheer determination to succeed is what fuels his passion today.
Having met an array of people from all walks of life during his petrol
attendant days his people skills continue to soar where relationships
and partnerships were built with people from every background.

Real Estate Project: New Lease agreement

Titan Reins collaborated with Property Solutions Africa headed by Kieron Murray as Tenant representatives in the lease negotiations to ensure the best possible outcome for our client IusPrudentia Specialist Counsel, a Legal firm.

Our clients' growing headcount, the wellness and the wellbeing of the
employees necessitated the need for a bigger office space, and as a result
the following outcomes were delivered:

Office space was increased by 119%, rent/sqm reduced by 48%, parking reduced by 21% and the
annual escalation reduced by 1.5%, now set at 7%.

These outcomes mean substantial financial savings from a real estate
perspective, and if we include the relocation and fitout, there's an overall
7.6% saving in rent/ sqm over the lease period.

Next, Titan Reins will oversee the relocation and the fitout to ensure:

1. Seamless transition from Real Estate, through to built and hand over to FM/OM
2. Consistent strategy throughout the value ecosystem, minimising the silo approach, and
3. The realisation of identified strategic benefits for our client.
