The BGRIMM BF flotation cell combines self-aspiration technology with innovative internal pumping to optimise the design of the flotation plant.

The BF cell is characterised by variable air intake, powerful slurry pumping action, and strong mechanical construction to facilitate ease of operation, and long operational lifetimes, for a broad spectrum of mineral processing applications. The internal pumping device allows the froth and middlings to flow from one cell to its neighbour, in such a way that the installation elevation that is totally flat. This feature reduces the need for external pumping for tank cells up to 40 m³ and simplifies infrastructure, making for better overall plant economics.

The BF range of trough cells are designed to meet demanding flotation requirements, with options including additional longitudinal and tangential launders, and mechanical froth paddles.
