Completed and ready for connection.
The Vibrating Screen installation was pre-programmed, with its distribution block designed to deliver 1 cc of grease to four lubrication points every hour. Inside the enclosure are a DropsA Bravo pump with built in controller, an SMO series distribution block with Ultra Sensor, an external refill point, a pressure relief valve with gauge, and a sounder and beacon.

The client only needs to connect flexible hoses from the grease outlet fittings on the outside of the enclosure to the machine’s lubrication points, then connect power. The system is then ready to lubricate the machine.
