We are proud to announce the successful completion of a major supply contract for Washirika 3 Oaks at their landmark development, Black Brick in Gardens, Cape Town.

Supplying over 5,000 breeze blocks to a single project is no small feat of logistics or manufacturing. Beyond the sheer volume, these units play a key role in the building’s signature “living” façade balancing airflow, privacy, and natural light.

Breeze blocks are making a strong comeback in contemporary South African architecture, and at Black Brick they do more than just look good. They create a smart, structural solution for high-density urban living—responding to the Cape Town sun while delivering natural cooling and a bold geometric aesthetic.

We’re proud to have supplied Modcon Coping Type 103 to Improvon Construction for the new Rhenus Logistics warehouse at Linbro Business Park.

This featured outdoor area was designed as a space where staff can sit, meet, and connect with clients and the radius “snake” effect came out beautifully. Clean lines, smooth curves, and a finish that makes a statement.

Radius coping is specialised work and this is exactly where bespoke precast concrete shines.

Proud to have completed this architectural precast project at the Engineering Faculty at Stellenbosch University 🇿🇦

In collaboration with GVK Western Cape we manufactured custom precast elements to match the existing polished concrete finishes.

✔️ Custom steps – 360 x 1000 x 40 x 100
✔️ Bench elements – 700 x 100 x 1000 spanning over 6m
✔️ Concrete copings installed above the boundary walls

From the original drawings to mould design and final casting, this project was handled by Flavio Venceslau ensuring precision and quality throughout the entire process.

Proud to have supplied over 200m of Coping Type 018 along with custom-made steps to Maximus Konstruksie for the brand-new Bedford Crossing Shopping Centre in Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

Finished in a smooth off-shutter, shutter-grey concrete, delivering both durability and a sharp, modern aesthetic. Solid work on a great new local development.

We supplied Modcon Breeze Block Type 006 to Oksijen Interior Design Studio for one of Lisa Swart’s projects in Melville.

This outdoor seating area was thoughtfully designed to create privacy without closing the space off, allowing light, airflow, and views to still flow through. The breeze blocks were integrated into a seating and planter feature, turning a simple outdoor area into a striking architectural element.

The 295 × 295 × 100 mm double-sided cut-out design creates a unique 3-D visual effect even though it’s a single block type, the orientation makes the shape feel dynamic and ever-changing. Light and shadow shift throughout the day, completely transforming the aesthetic.

A perfect example of how precast concrete can be both functional and beautiful when used creatively.

Supplied concrete copings to Hexad Projects for the KSB Pumps & Valves site at Activia Rd, Northreef Rd, Activia Park, Germiston.

We supplied over 270 pieces of Modcon Coping Type 085 a standard coping that shows how a simple detail can completely transform an area when aligned with the architect’s vision.

Planning ahead makes all the difference on site.
