From Shell to Engen Jeff Masemola ⛽✅

Swipe through to see the site’s transformation—from the original service station and construction work to the completed, fully operational Engen.

The project included new pump-and-tank infrastructure, forecourt reconstruction, shop refurbishment and the full conversion to Engen specifications.

Theta Projects led the project management, architectural and construction coordination, supported by Theta QS for quantity surveying and cost control.

Months of work, compressed into seconds.

When developing large petrol stations: nothing happens in a straight line. Multiple phases moved at the same time, with different parts of the site progressing together.

Structures going up while other areas were still being built. Finishing happening alongside construction.
